We are located at 115 King Street directly off Capitol Square in Downtown Madison.

Parking

We reserve parking meters on the 100 block of East Doty St. in downtown Madison. Meters are bagged either for the full day or for a half day. Please let us know what time you will be arriving during the advance so that you have a place to park upon your arrival. Once parked, your bus or van can live in this space until 8:00 AM the following morning.

There is no shore power hook up unfortunately.

Load In

Quite simply the best in the business: Across the sidewalk and directly onto the deck. Please consider this when deciding labor calls for day of show. Only once has a production manager demanded more than two loaders and not cut down to two hands after evaluating the situation.

Backstage

Our backstage amenities include two luxury green rooms, with wi-fi connectivity and satellite television. There is a private bathroom for your use, but unfortunately no shower. We also have a production office adjacent to the support dressing room with wi-fi, long distance telephone, copier and fax.

Hospitality

When the total touring party (including support) is at least 10 people, we provide catered dinners with Tutto Pasta Cucina Italiana. Tutto Pasta has been voted the best Italian restaurant in Madison for the past five years. Menu choices are per advance, but include, chicken, fish, several different pastas and pizzas (including vegetarian options,) salad, bread, tiramisu, and non alcoholic beverages.

Stage

Our stage is roughly 22 ft across the front by 22 ft. deep. Monitor world is stage left and there is minimal dead case storage behind that. We have one 8x8 drum riser and the stage is curtained across the back and sides.

Lodging Accommodations

We currently have venue rates with two hotels. Please call Julie Woodward at 608-251-2300 to make a reservation. There is surface parking available for your tour vehicles as well, free of charge.
